Some important new models have surfaced in recent months that we urge you to take a peak at. First up, Gene Baker has been hard at work completing his 5 element series of B3 models. The recent additions are the Wood model, a chambered or hollow body version of the standard B3 and the Water model, a fully hollow, fully carved masterpiece with sound holes. These two take the infamous B3 to a whole new level. Next, we have the Regime from Fibenare. A super-versatile single coil machine, the Regime is as lightweight as it is affordable. And lastly, we have the Two-Rock 10th Anniversary Limited Edition amp, a head + cabinet package that is Two-Rock's attempt to take "all the way" and push it further. Yes folks, the boutique guitar renaissance just keeps booming!

In spite of the current economic crisis, Destroy All Guitars continues to grow and in keeping with our promise to bring you only the finest, it's with the greatest pride that we welcome the incredible talents of luthiers, Roger Giffin, New Orleans Guitars, and the incredible sculpted creations of William Jeffrey Jones.

These incredible guitars have created a need for amplifiers worthy of them so we hit the streets to find the best and we've stuck the motherload. First off, there's Sammy Smith and Smith Custom Amplifiers to whom we extend our deepest congratulations for the great success we're having with his incomparable CS-25 and CS-10 amplifiers. And, we have every intention of duplicating that success with the mind-blowing "Orangutan" amplifier from our newest partner, 3 Monkeys Amps which was founded by Brad Whitford of Aerosmith, Greg Howard (Brad's long time tech) and Ossie Ahsen (Blockhead Amps).

NAMM 2008 (the International Music Products Association) was a big success! DestroyAllGuitars is proud to announce the addition of extremely talented luthiers and craftsmen to our already potent lineup. Please welcome from Budapest, Hungary, Fibenare Co., who make wonderful sounding and absolutely gorgeous, hand carved guitars. We were absolutely thrilled to have been chosen as the direct sales rep for Henman-Bevilacqua whose S1 guitar is possibly the finest, most dynamic rock guitar ever to pass through my hands. We would also like to welcome from NYC, master Tele builder Hahn Guitars. Chihoe Hahn and he's a true gentleman, consumed with passion for what he does. Then there's Flaxwood Guitars of Finland, who have made what is quite possibly the most significant guitar innovation in a generation.

Great new additions!! DestroyAllGuitars is extremely proud and honored to be able to announce the addition of a new batch of builders/luthiers. Our Hahl Guitars and our Schaefer Guitars sections are now up for viewing under "Stringed Things." Additionally, we have added Elmwood Amps and Louis Electric to the collective. Finally, let us give a warm welcome to Thorell Guitars and Shelley Park Guitars, two outstanding builders of acoustic guitars to the DAG collective.

The new rise of the archtop. These are very exiting times indeed and Destroy All Guitars is rolling right along with them. As the boutique guitar renaissance continues its fateful blossoming, an old standby and one of the greatest creations since the wheel stands poised to make a glorious comeback - that's right, the venerable archtop guitar. Long considered the purview of the most masterful of the master luthiers, the archtop is an undeniable mainstay, and in the hands of today's luthiers it is more flexible than ever. Somehow the time for it's re-emmergence just seems right. This is a rather important landmark in the history of Destroy All Guitars, a new era for us, as we announce the news that world class archtop builders Peter Hopkins, Bill Comins, Ed Schaefer, Stefan Hahl, Mike Sabre, and Tom Bills have all joined the DAG family. This is a dream come true for us and we could not be more excited. The archtop is a very vital instrument to say the least, and we are envisioning a sort of re-birth of the cool, with the builders mentioned above, along with Tom Ribbecke and Theo Scharpach who are already with us, as the ones to take it there. We view these additions to the DAG collective as a celebration and we welcome aboard this remarkable group of luthiers who will be responsible for bringing both the archtop and Destroy All Guitars to new heights.

The Super Collider is here! Ben Fargen's newest creation is an incredible dual channel amp based on the infamous SCO. The Fargen Super Collider is an all new dual channel design that fuses the richest clean tones and the fattest sustaining lead tones possible from a dual channel 6L6 tube amplifier. This new innovative design encompasses the very best of Ben Fargen's previous custom shop offerings while raising the bar to deliver a no excuses world class tone that has to be experienced to be believed.

Destroy All Guitars welcomes Scharpach Guitars to the collective! Scharpach is one of the most renowned acoustic guitar builders in the world. Their classical guitars, archtops, nylon string jazz guitars and experimental instruments represent the absolute top of the trade. Destroy All Guitars continues to grow! Welcome aboard to Ruokangas Guitars, Scott Walker Guitars, and Bruno Amps! These three Stellar builders, brand new to the DAG collective, represent the finest of the finest and we are most honored to include them in the party.

It is with great pride that we announce the Ribbecke Guitar Corporation has appointed DestroyAllGuitars a sales agent for their extraordinary Halfling line of guitars. We have been longtime admirers of Tom Ribbecke's work, with the Halfling, in our eyes, marking the beginning of a new era in acoustic/electric archtop design.

TWO NEW LUTHIERS!! DAG is happy to add Victor Baker and his extraordinary lineup of electric guitars to the collective. AND welcome to Jonathan Mann's MANNdolins, the most searing electric and acoustic mandolins on the market! Both these luthiers consciously embody the player's ethic in their designs/creations having both been active players for many many years. There is nothing that contributes to top-notch instrument design and creation like years of professional experience with a multitude of instruments. DestroyAllGuitars is most proud and excited to kick off the New Year by welcoming aboard THREE WORLD CLASS LUTHIERS. On the side of experience, and one of the pioneers of the boutique guitar business, we are most fortunate and honored to have master builder Terry McInturff join our team. Terry brings a wealth of experience, grace, and overall good vibes as well as his newest creation, the "Carolina," which is most definitely a crown jewel. The Carolina marks a new high point in Terry's career. We will be working with Terry on sales and marketing as well as the shaping and imaging of his company while he is in the shop giving form to new creations of wood and metal that will in turn help give shape to the music that many will make.

Also on the side of experience and innovation, we are most thrilled and fortunate to welcome to Vince Cunetto and the wonderful folks at Vinetto Guitars. Vince is a world class master builder who, among many things, was resposible for developing a line of guitars that became known as the Relic series. Vinetto now have their own Artifact Series as well as Vince's Legato and Deuce models and the different variations on each. all are built with a process that mixes both old world hands-on techniques with state-of-the-art building technology to give us a precise fit and finish as well as new design elements that open up beautiful new tonal palettes. These instruments are an absolute joy to play and listen to.

We are also quite excited to welcome Benjamin Bruton and Bruton String Works to our team. Ben is an extremely talented and gifted luthier who is driven by a passion and dedication that is inspiring to see. His skill set and experience place him on a level along side many of today's top solid, semi and full hollowbody builders. His apprenticeship and later collaborations with veteran luthier Bernie Lehmann have provided Ben with an education and experience that is priceless. It's incredibly exciting for us to have the opportunity to team up and work with Ben from today, the outset of his professional career, through to what will hopefully prove to be a very long and prosperous relationship with lots of growth, learning, hard work and some fun along the way.

Yet another outstanding creation from Ben Fargen! The Signature Series JW-40 amp was developed in conjunction with guitarist Jim Weider. See what occurs when two sets of ears come together to refine the cutting edge of amp design. The JW-40 will begin shipping the first week of March.

A new shipment of LOVEPEDALS has arrived! Lovepedal stormed into the boutique world of effects a few years ago, although Sean (Lovepedal originator) has been building guitar effects since the beginning of the boutique era. Lovepedal designs have always been praised for their ability to keep your original tone intact and simply add a top of the line effect to your existing tone. Check the new arrivals section for more.

The first of Jack Briggs' "Artisan Series" guitars has arrived. DestroyAllGuitars is quite proud to be the exclusive representative for the "Private Reserve" creations of Master Luthier Jack Briggs of North Carolina. This series of guitars consists of one-off models built of Jack's inspiration and vision. They are crafted from his finest aged air dried woods and only the highest grade premium components are used.
