Probett Replica Series - Burst and Junior
For Several years Damian has worked as a repairman for Charlie Chandler's Guitar Experience in London. Charlie's shop is the go to set-up, repair and restoration shop for many of the worlds biggest names, including David Gilmour, Gary Moore, Phil Manzanera, Angus and Malcolm Young, Mick Ralphs, Scott Gorham and many more. Damian specializes in structural repairs, restoration and paintwork including major structural repairs and restoration of several original `50s instruments.

These Probett Replica Series guitars are built to original specs including old growth Brazilian mahogany, Eastern maple tops, holly headstock veneer, late `50s type truss rods and hide glue construction with all templates taken from original guitars. For playability and practicality the standard specs for these guitars feature a few small differences from the original spec. However, original specs can be accommodated if required.
The Juniors can be single or double cut bodies. They will have an unbound neck, vintage 1 piece wrap bridge and a single P90, with a second P90 as an option. Again, all templates taken from original guitars.
Pre ordered guitars can be spec-ed to suit the customer - things like fretwork, inlays and finish, etc.

- Neck: 1 piece Honduran mahogany or 2 piece 40+ year old Brazilian mahogany
- Fingerboard: Madagascar rosewood
- Frets: No nibs for practcality (nibs optional at extra cost)

- Inlays: MOP (celluloid at extra cost)
- Pickups: 2 Vintage PAF replicas
- Finish: Vintage type nitro (full gloss or NOS finish), choice of colours
