"This guitar is all about the classic LP JR and Special tones. It s almost as basic as a guitar can get: A couple pieces of Honduran mahogany, a slice of Brazilian rosewood, a bridge and very simple electronics. We are talking about 1940's technology here! This is where it all begins. With the P-90's you get single coil twang, but with tons of mids. More clear than a humbucker, but less so than a Fender single. There is clarity, to a point. Then push your amp a little harder and get that classic P-90 "bark" and thump. Feel the guitar vibrate against your body as you dig in. The Tornado features arm contour and tummy contouring for maximum comfort. The finely polished frets provide an effortless and fast playing experience. This guitar was built for comfort, and speed, oh, and beauty too. Burgundy stain on raw mahogany, followed by a dark grain filler. Add cherry colored nitrocellulose lacquer, followed by clear gloss, provides a sexy dark-dark blood red." - Saul Koll
