If you like your necks on the chunky side, then this is the El Camino for you. The 'baseball bat' neck measures 0.9" thick at the first fret and just over 1" at the 12th. The neck has an oil finish and the body is old-school TV Yellow with the grain nicely visible. The headstock is done in matching TV Yellow with black mother of pearl inlay. A Lollar 52-T series pickup with Esquire style switching and a brass saddle bridge rounds out the vibe. The bridge features Wilkinsons adjustable compensated locking mechanism for greater intonation stability. A hardshell case is included.
About the El Camino: The El Camino brings together the vibe and feel of two classic favourites known for being workhorse guitars and loved for their no-nonsense attitude. The El Camino retains the bare-bones feel of a single pickup guitar, but features high quality hardware including a handwound Jason Lollar '52 T-series pickup. The classic Esquire wiring configuration gives you a range of sounds via a 3 way selector switch.
